PRODUCTION BIOGRAPHIES

Arwen Dewey (Mother Bunny) is excited to be hopping on back to SSR for this bunny adventure, after playing a mouse, a bird, a young frog, a squirrel, and a mole in 2017’s A Year with Frog and Toad. Other favorite roles include Susan in Company (Renton Civic), Elsa Von G. in Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 (Centerstage) and Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods (New Muses). You can also catch Arwen at local jazz clubs (and on Spotify, Amazon, etc.) singing with the Victor Janusz Band. During offstage hours she works as an ATA-certified French>English translator. www.arwendewey.com

Hannah Coleman (Runaway Bunny) is overjoyed to be back onstage with such an incredible cast and crew. She studied Theatre Arts at Western Washington University and has performed with GreenStage, Twelfth Night Productions, and The Shattered Glass Project. Previous SSR TYA credits include: Sparkle Fairy’s School for Formerly Vile Villains (Priscilla), Junie B. Jones is Not a Crook (Lucille), and Charlotte’s Web (Wilbur). She would like to thank her friends, family, and Jack for their constant support and love.

Tadd Morgan (Ensemble) is thrilled to be back at SSR!  He was last seen onstage with Pacific Play Company and has performed with many local companies like Hello Earth, Macha Theatre Works, Parley, Seattle Public Theater, and Pork Filled Productions.  He was a regular cast member and sometimes writer of the audio series Brass by Battleground Productions.  His voice can also be heard in audiobooks, video games, and commercials.  A Northwest native, Tadd began his theatrical career at Youth Theatre Northwest on Mercer Island and continued his training at Bennington College in Vermont.

Leslie Youngblood (Ensemble) is elated to submit this bio after being cast in TRB three years ago! It’s definitely been worth the wait. After stepping away from the theater and into motherhood in 2017, she’s grateful to get her feet wet again in her safe space. Leslie's been lucky enough to perform with SSR's Theater for Young Audiences three times before, starting with 2013’s "Knuffle Bunny: A Cautionary Musical". There’s just something about bunnies! Other Seattle-area credits include "The Addams Family" with Burien Actors Theatre, "Mary Poppins" with Kitsap Forest Theater, "Godspell" with Twelfth Night Productions, and "Urinetown" and "Les Miserables" with Balagan Theater. Laura McFarlane (Ensemble) is delighted to be back at SSR after doing shows here while growing up!
