Book, Music and Lyrics by Richard O'Brien
Directed by Robert Bogue
Music Direction by John Allman

This cult classic horror/sci-fi parody -- which inspired the 1975 long-running midnight movie beloved by millions -- takes place on a dark and stormy night, as clean-cut sweethearts Brad and Janet find themselves stranded on a lonely road. The innocent couple seeks refuge at the castle of gender-bending mad scientist Dr. Frank N. Furter. Once inside, they have their eyes opened to a whole new world of sex, science -- and maybe even love. Come dance the "Time Warp," and hear all your favorite Rocky Horror hits. It's the perfect way to celebrate the Halloween season.

MEET THE CAST

Emily Ann Johnson (Columbia) is thrilled to be back at SSR! You may have caught her last season in her more “innocent” element as Nancy in Fancy Nancy! Emily Ann has performed all over the Seattle area including The 5th Avenue, Village Theatre, Leavenworth Summer Theatre, and many others. For what’s next, please visit www.emilyannjohnson.com.

Justine Scott (Phantom) is thrilled to be making her SSR Mainstage debut in the Rocky Horror Show! Her last appearance was as Princess Gabrielle in the TYA production of Puss in Boots. Recent credits include Beauty and the Beast (Belle) with SFFT, Proof (Catherine) with Driftwood, and Hair (Crissy) at BPA. Thanks to Robert and the fam!

Sommer Weeks (Phantom) recently graduated high school and moved to Washington from Finland in June.  She has a need to tell and create stories so she will be studying Theater and Business in Cinematic Arts at university. She is extremely excited that Rocky Horror is her production in WA and look forward to what's to come.

Alex Davis-Brazill (Phantom) could not be more excited to be joining the cast of Rocky on the SSR stage for the second time! If you frequent SSR you may recognize her from RENT (Mimi) or A Christmas Carol (Past). Other  favorite productions include Hair (tribe) at Arts West and Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey) at BPA. She graduated with a BFA in musical theater from CWU in 2011 and plans to return to school to pursue a career in education. Alex would like to thank her parents for their constant support, Mike for his patience, Jelani for keeping her sane and Christine for being my chauffer. So much love to this outrageous cast! Now let’s get weird!

Alicia Mendez (Magenta/Usherette) is thrilled to be back on the SSR stage, performing in the same show that brought SSR into her life. This will be Alicia’s first on stage role after a 3-year performance hiatus where she focused on directing. Her favorite roles include Evita in Evita, Timoune in Once on the Island and Little Sally in Urinetown. Alicia would like to thank Robert for gifting her this role, Mark and Jen being a joy to work with.

Elizabeth Posluns (Phantom) is so happy to be returning to SecondStory! She was last seen here in How to Succeed and Alexander and the Terrible Horrible No Good Very Bad Day. Other favorite roles include Mayzie in Seussical (Lakewood Playhouse), Peggy Sawyer in 42nd Street (ASTRA), and various ensemble roles in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Northwest Theatre Group), Guys and Dolls (SMT, TMP), Legally Blonde (SMT) and The Producers (SMT). A graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NY, she is happy to be home and performing in her native Washington. Much love to Mom, Taylor, Dan and Laney Loo.

Nick Hyett-Schnell (Eddie/Dr.Scott) feels good to be back at SSR. Last seen here in "How to Succeed in Business..." back in 2013. Favorite roles include Ren McCormack in "Footloose" and Judas in "Jesus Christ Superstar." Thanks to the Team: Robert, John and Stephanie, Mark and Jen, and the support of every friend and family member. hyettschnell.wix.com/Nicholas

Andrew Hunter (Phantom) is a singer, mathematician, and shantyman living in Seattle who has performed with SecondStory, SMT, Driftwood, Burien, and Twelfth Night. Favorite past roles include Hero in FORUM and Perchik in FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. He never would have gotten here without the training of his voice teacher Carla Hilderbrand and his sister Margaret. For Bellerophon.

Doug Graham (Narrator) is an actor and education artist from Atlanta, GA. This is Doug's first show since moving to Seattle. He is the Producing Artistic Director of The Fern Theatre Company. Love and thanks to my amazing wife Jessica.

Charlie Chittenden (Brad) is elated to be debuting at SecondStory as the fantabulous Brad Majors. Originally from Duvall Washington, Charlie graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in Gender Studies and is now pursuing a career in performance. He was most recently seen as Link Larkin in Twelfth Night’s Production of Hairspray. Previous Credits include: Psycho Beach Party (Fantastic.Z), South Pacific (Seattle Musical Theater), American Idiot! (Artswest), Guilty Pleasures (Book-It Repertory), and Queer New Works Festival (Fantastic.Z.). He would like to dedicate his performance to the most fantabulous person in the world: Breaker Chittenden, his brother. Insta: @charliechittenden

Jelani Kee (Phantom) is happy to be returning back to SSR with this crazy and iconic show. Previously seen on this stage in Legally Blonde and Cat in the Hat, Jelani has been fortunate to work with several theaters in the Seattle area like Artswest, Seattle Musical Theater, and Village Theater. He would love to thank his family and friends for all of their love and support.

Bo Mellinger (Rocky) has had The Rocky Horror Show in his bones since the awkward age of 17, where he played Frank in small town Great Falls, Montana. Since then he's done the show three more times! No stranger to showing skin onstage, he's been shirtless in a handful of SSR shows: Cabaret, RENT, Rocky (the first time), and Joseph...Dreamcoat. Lately, he's been dancing as a Turner Classic with the Robbie Turner Revue at the Seattle Hard Rock Cafe. Love you, Justin!

Jenna Jordan (Janet) is so delighted to be sharing the stage with such a splendiferous and talented cast in her first production with SecondStory Repertory! She's most recently been seen with Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater in Disney's Beauty and the Beast as Babette and a Silly Girl. Additional credits include Marta in Company, and The Baker's Wife in Into the Woods. A huge thank you to SecondStory for such a stellar experience!

James Padilla (Frank) Locally, James is a 2-time, Broadway-World Award Recipient, and has portrayed various leading/supporting roles at Village Theatre, ArtsWest, Contemporary Classics, Seattle Musical Theatre, and many more; including his portrayal of Ash in Evil Dead: the Musical at ArtsWest. This performance is dedicated to the sexually-oppressed, the misfits, and the "misunderstood ones".  Don't dream it, be it. Praise God. www.jamespadilla.net

Isaiah Crowson (Riff Raff) has always enjoyed working with SecondStory Rep as an actor and director for quite some time now and is extremely excited for the chance to belt The Time Warp once again.  Past credits include: Peron inEvita, Riff Raff in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, the Wolf in Little Red Riding Hood and Howard in Moon Over Buffalo.  You may have also seen him around the city in Hair at ArtsWest, Tuesdays with Morrie at The Merc Playhouse, Evil Dead at ArtsWest, Interlace: Falling Star at The Annex Theatre and many other productions as well.  You can see his next project this spring at SSR, where he will be directing Spring Awakening.  None of this would be possible without the support of the greatest unsung hero of this whole project, Isaiah’s wife Amy.  If you thought listening to him onstage was a lot, imagine having to put up with him on a day to day basis.  Love you, Babeh.  I’ll be home soon…… one of these days.

MEET THE PRODUCTION TEAM

Robert Bogue (Director) has been with SSR since Season 3. His SSR directing credits include; Lend Me a Tenor, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Misery, Last of the Red Hot Lovers, Kind Hearts and Coronets, The Brave Little Tailor, Cinderella, Elves and the Shoemaker, and The Boy Who Cried Wolf.  He is founder of Split Second Improv now in its 11th season. Regional directing credits include And Then There Were None for Driftwood Players, The Elephant Man for STAGEright Theatre, and most recently Disney’s Beauty and the Beast for Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theatre.

John Allman (Music Director) was last seen at SecondStory Rep as Music Director for "Fancy Nancy" - earlier that season his original "Alice in Wonderland" was staged in the Theater for Young Audiences series. SecondStory's Mainstage saw him MD'ing "Little Shop of Horrors" last season, and he is currently leading "Rocky Horror Show" while his music and lyrics can be heard in the current TYA production "The Snow Queen". For the past two summers he has played keyboard for fledging Ghostlight Productions' "25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" and "Titanic" in Sequim and Port Angeles.
